Deputy Editor, Feature

Hello! My name is Alexandra Wagner, and I am thrilled to be the 2020-2021 Deputy Editor for the Feature section! I am a current junior at Minnetonka High School, and this will be my second year writing for Breezes. I am classically trained on the violin and piano, and I enjoy playing the drums, other percussion instruments, and singing. When not focused on my music, one will likely find me on the tennis courts or wake surfing one of Minnesota’s many bodies of water. Joy finds me when I am working with those who have disabilities, speaking American Sign Language and teaching others about Deaf culture as part of my outreach. I fill whatever spare time I have writing music, poetry, and picking up various volunteer projects. When I graduate, I plan to major in psychology, biology, or chemistry, leading me to a dream career of helping others. Benefiting others brings a smile to my face, and I hope to bring smiles to readers by my contributions to Breezes!
