Extending Gratefulness Beyond the New Year

Autumn Eversman, Managing Editor, Feature

During the holiday season, people tend to see the world in a more glass half full perspective and thank others around them. They close this tradition by making New Year resolutions and occasionally following through. Showing their gratitude for others is a wonderful tradition during the holidays, but why should they limit it there? Here, Breezes has created a spread of thankfulness for staff members in the school because Breezes believes that thankfulness shouldn’t come to an end like the holidays do. Breezes encourages people to make reaching out to people and expressing their gratitude a part of their New Years resolution. Just because the holiday season is closing with New Years doesn’t mean that people should stop being thankful for it.
