Matt Wilkinson, Staff Writer December 22, 2016
It’s Minnetonka’s 'hottest' new club: Winter Running. This club is for those who don’t have a winter sport and are looking to stay in shape during the harsh Minnesota coldness. Now, if you aren’t in cross country or track, I can understand why running in sub-zero temperatures isn’t exactly “appealing.” The endurance associated with running can be a challenge for some. In addition, running in the cold can make it much harder.

Minnetonkas Best Unknown Elective

Minnetonka’s Best Unknown Elective

Harry Rowe, Staff Writer November 28, 2016
It’s no secret that Minnetonka High School is a major advocate of technology. We were one of the first schools in Minnesota to incorporate iPads into academic life in 2012, and have stressed the importance of visual learning through technology ever since. However, the implementing of iPads in the classroom hasn’t been the only innovative step Minnetonka has taken towards gearing learning to a new generation of students. Video Game Design, a little-known elective at Minnetonka High School, is an engaging and exciting course available to all students.
